What is our Saikou Wagyu beef . 600 Day grain fed
This generational farming and beef supply have generations of farming knowledge allowing us to meet challenges of those before us, refining techniques, selecting breeding stock, and optimizing management practices to improve herd health, productivity and overall beef quality. This deep understanding of the land, our breeding stock and the meat industry allows for us to future our systems to sustainable farming practices and the production of high-quality beef.
As we have refined our farming practices to prioritize pastures, using fresh water troughs for drinking water for livestock which aids in animal welfare this ensures that you as our customers are supporting sustainable and ethical farming practices. By supporting us it directly contributes to environmental conservation and promotes responsible farming.

Our Wagyu beef has high marbling which has amazing flavour.
Gloucester Angus is part of the Meat Standard Association (MSA) so comply with guidelines to supply top graded quality beef ensuring livestock wellbeing practices.
Our beef is predominately Marbling score of 6-7 plus. We cannot guarantee the marbling score for each body of beef that we sell from the farm although consistently our Marbling is BMS 6-7 plus. Our genetics are high marbling Angus herd with high marbling full blood Wagyu genetics. Our Bulls are of Tajima bloodlines, which is the genetics known within the Japanese black Wagyu breed to produce the highest percentage and best quality marbling which is known to yield superior meat.

Our Saikou Wagyu beef is aimed to appeal to our customers with unmatched quality, produced with integrity and care in an environment that cattle should be produced in.
We have worked hard to give our customers a product that you can now buy direct from a farmer. Our Saikou Wagyu beef has been raised on our rich alluvial flats with pristine quality of feed, fresh water, access to grain for 400 days to give our Wagyu beef an eating experience second to none in flavour and affordability.
This will include a mixture all the cuts from a body of beef.
As some cuts cannot be distributed evenly across our box breakdown if you can please indicate any preferences we will endeavour to assist.

Please note this will be a minimum of a mix of 10 kg Premium Wagyu beef steaks, mince, sausages and wagyu paddies. Half kilo of marrow /beef bones.
